More than 1.2 million Facebook users have accepted CNN.com’s invitation to take part in an inauguration partnership. And while that’s an impressive number, another 569,000 who were invited are not attending. Make of that what you want.
The event is really a way to get Facebook users to watch the inauguration coverage on CNN.com, but also allows them to change their status and do it all in one place.
