3 UK Bets on Mobile Gambling

Mobile operator 3 UK is giving the term mobile wallet a whole new meaning. The company has agreed to pre-install a link to Probability’s Ladyluck’s mobile gambling service on two million new handsets by the end of 2008.

According to a post on 3G.co.uk, the deal initially calls for two million 3 UK customers who upgrade their phone or join the network to get handsets with a branded link to Ladyluck’s in either the games or applications section of the carrier deck.

Ladyluck’s portal features bingo, slots and other casino games to help lighten your wallet. It will soon include games based on Paramount movies such as Grease and The Italian Job.
