ABC To Help Houston Woman Keep Her “Favorite News Program”

…and it’s not TMZ TV.

No, it’s World News with Charles Gibson. In a post from the World Newser blog, producers noticed in a New York Times story about the digital TV switch that 77-year-old Vesta Clemmons of Houston is one of the 6.5 million Americans who could end up with no TV when the switch happens.

So, Gibson and gang are doing something about it. “Later today we will be trying to help Vesta Clemmons make the switch,” says the blog post.
