Back in May of this year, I wrote:
Adobe Flash Player 10.1 Beta for Android OS 2.2 an Underwhelming Experience
A bit more than three months have past since I wrote that title. I have no particular desire to revisit Adobe Flash Player for Android. But, I admit to being curious about it now and then even if I have no desire to actually use Flash on my smartphones. Fortunately, GigaOm’s Kevin Tofel took a current day look at it and shared his experience in a video demo. NewTeeVee’s Ryan Lawler chimes in commenting on Kevin’s demo by writing:
Video: Flash on Android Is Shockingly Bad
So, it looks like things haven’t changed much since I gave Flash for Android a test drive in May. BTW & FYI: Kevin has 25Mbps Verizon FIOS broadband service. So, restricted bandwidth probably can’t be blamed for Kevin’s awful Flash for Android experience.
