All you need is an idea…and a dream. The winner will receive:

…financing, programming/web development, expert mentoring, office space, legal, accounting, administrative and marketing support, as well as a stipend to live and work in Cambridge.

The show has landed some big-name judges – at least for the Web world. Among the panel: Marissa Mayer, Vice President of Search Product and User Experience at Google; GrandCentral co-founder Craig Walker; also, a few well-known technology journalists.

While the contest is worth a shot for anyone, it’s clear that if you have experience dealing with venture capitalists in the past, you have a clear advantage. However, that might be negated since the court of public opinion will have its say as well.

Even if you don’t have an idea that you want to submit you can still register to seek inspiration or just communicate with innovative folks.
