Angry Birds Game Comes to Samsung’s Smart TVs

The hot new trend in gaming is standing in front of your TV while waving your arms around, and Rovio has decided to join in on the fun.

Samsung and Rovio have just released a new free version of Angry Birds. For the first time ever, consumers will be able to enjoy Angry Birds entirely with gesture controls – no controller needed. The new app is only available on select Samsung Smart TVs and can be downloaded from the Samsung Smart Hub.

It might be a little inaccurate to describe these devices as televisions; the latest model measures 75 inches on the diagonal. I’ve watched movies in theaters on screens smaller than that.
