Platform-A is out and AOL Advertising is in. MediaGlow is out and AOL Media is in. People Networks is gone altogether, and AOL Communications, AOL Local & Mapping and AOL Ventures now exist.
That’s the word out of the all-hands-on-deck meeting at AOL’s campus in Dulles, Va., Silicon Alley Insider reported.
The former brand names were the products of former top AOL executives Randy Falco and Ron Grant, according to Silicon Alley Insider.
