The Associated Press has launched two new youth-oriented mobile Web sites that are accessible on Virgin Mobile USA devices.
AP Entertainment offers readers the latest film, TV, and music news, along with photos and gossip on today’s most popular celebrities. CUBI (“Can You Believe It?”), on the other hand, focuses on off-the-beaten-path news from around the world.
The company said in a statement that the two sites also serve as gateways into the AP’s popular Mobile News Network (www.apnews.com), which offers national, international, and local news on mobile devices and received more than 26 million page views during the month of September.
Both sites are available to Virgin Mobile USA customers from the VirginXL on-deck homepage.
