Apple Shortens Time Limit for iPhone Returns

iphoneApple has shortened the length of time allowed for iPhone returns to match the rest of its devices. Pervious, iPhones had a 30 day return limit, but that has recently been changed to 14 days. Customers who return their phones within that time frame with original packaging will not be charged a restocking fee.

iPhone Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your iPhone purchase, you can return your undamaged iPhone to the Apple Online Store (1-800-MY-APPLE), or to a U.S. Apple Store, within 14 calendar days from shipment for a full refund. If you return your iPhone within 14 calendar days from shipment, you will not be charged a restocking fee. Your iPhone must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

The new changes also matches that of cellular carriers, whose restocking fees can be up to $35. By returning the iPhone early, customers also avoid termination fees.
