Apple will begin selling the fourth generation iPad with retina display and Wi-Fi and cellular versions of the iPad Mini in China on Friday January 18th. Chinese consumers will be able to purchase the devices from Apple retail stores, select Apple authorized resellers and on Apple’s website.
The company introduced these new tablet devices in the United States last September and began selling them in November. The devices are currently on sale in more than 100 other countries including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and the UK.
Rumors are already circulating that Apple will release a fifth generation iPad and an iPad Mini 2 as early as March.
