Architizer for iPad: Some of the World’s Greatest Buildings & Parks for Your Viewing Pleasure

If you enjoy discovering and looking at unique building and park designs, here’s a free iPad app for you.

Architizer

Architizer starts by offering you a grid of structures from around the world in a grid. The initial options are to view houses, apartments and interiors. If you tap the “More” button, you’ll see additional categories pop up at the top of the display: Towers, restaurants, stores, parks, offices, New York, museams and hotels. A search box appears too on the right side at the top of the display.

Tapping any of the photos in the grid brings the structure (or park) up full screen. Another tap flips the display to reveal a description of what is in the photo series. Not all descriptions are in english, however. So, you may need to perform research outside of the app.

You can share your architectual finds via Twitter, Facebook or email.
