Flavorpill relaunched its Website, which now incorporates content from each market’s “Flavorpill 50,” or 50 of the most respected event creators in every one of its major markets.

The publisher of culture-focused email magazines and daily blog Flavorwire said each member of the Flavorpill 50 was chosen to participate in an invite-only hub and has the ability to directly publish event listings onto its own custom page on the site.

Flavorpill 50 has been rolled out in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and San Francisco so far. The New York version includes content from the Apollo Theater, Carnegie Hall, Comix, the Guggenheim Museum, Joe’s Pub, Lincoln Center, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, Music Hall of Williamsburg, New Museum, Pianos, P.S.1 and the 92nd Street Y.

Flavorpill co-founder Mark Mangan said:

We’ve created simple functionality for cultural institutions that allows them to set up shop on Flavorpill and speak directly with our audience, an active group of culture seekers. We’ve also expanded the range of our cultural coverage beyond our weekly curated email.
