BBC.com, the BBC’s Web site for folks outside the UK, has added advertising to its mobile site.
This marks the first time that advertisers can target visitors on the international site, which has been around in one form or another since 1999. Because of its vast geographical reach, advertisers will be able to limit their campaigns down to specific regions and devices.
