Beet.TV, a video-heavy news site covering new media, is branching out into the health field with the launch of BeetMedicine.TV. The site compiles a series of video reports, two to four minutes in length, on specific health topics including breast cancer research, fibroid removal and the consequences of stress eating.
There’s a higher production value given to the BeetMedicine.TV videos which are hosted by medical professionals. The project is led by a medical director, surgeon Dr. Peter Pressman.
Johnson & Johnson, the sponsor of the site, inserts a brief pre-roll mention, followed by post-roll segment from the J&J health channel.
