Big Changes for Pinterest, Google+ Hangouts, and eBooks [Podcast]

On today’s Morning Media Menu (MP3 link), GalleyCat editor Jason Boog and I talked about some major improvements in a few of our favorite things: Pinterest, Google+ Hangouts, and eBooks.

We speculated on rumors that new iPad and Android apps for Pinterest users were on the way.

We also rejoiced in the news that Google+ Hangouts will now include a tool for making YouTube playlists. The last time Jason and I tried a Hangout, it took a little practice to get a “G.I. Joe” video up and running for our guests.

In other mobile news, eBook sales surpassed hardcover sales revenues last quarter. Sales of paperbacks and mass market paperbacks also plummeted as eBook revenues continued to rise. Why?
