Wrestling fans will soon be able to get their fix on the go. Cingular is about to announce a far-ranging agreement with World Wrestling Entertainment to sell videos, ringtones, and graphics.
According to Reuters, some of the videos will be available as part of Cingular’s media service plan ($19.99/month), while a separate video package will feature WrestleMania highlights and other programming for $4.99/mo. Graphics and ringtones will sell for $1.99 and $2.49 each, respectively.
If anything, the numbers are impressive: WWE claims 15 million weekly viewers, while Cingular has over 61 million customers in the U.S.
