Starz Entertainment, which counts the popular Vongo movie download service among its brands, is suing Disney for copyright infringement and breach of contract.
Previously, Starz claims that they signed an exclusive deal with Disney to sell their movies online, for download to PCs and portable media player such as the Toshiba Gigabeat.
Now that Disney licensed the same movies to Apple and Wal-Mart for their own download services, Starz claims a “blatant breach” of their prior agreement with Disney.
