Telus is bringing the first touchscreen cell phone to Canadian wireless subscribers – and it’s not the iPhone. Nope. The honor belongs to LG and its Venus handset, which is the first of several LG Touch devices Telus plans to offer this year.
The Venus is the only one of LG’s phones to boast both dual LCD screens and intuitive touchscreen navigation. All of the LG Touch phones will support a whole range of Telus entertainment offerings including mobile music, radio, TV and navigation.
A black and silver Venus will be available mid-April and a pink version will hit the market later in the spring.
