Today, I found out that the warning is not true, it’s just a rumor, so don’t believe it. If you read the fine print on lines 7B and 7C of Facebook’s advertising guidelines, you will read that advertisers cannot use user data (including photos) in their ads without prior consent either from Facebook or the user.
