It was back-to-back national security speeches today. First by the President of the United States then by the former Vice President of the United States.
As Pres. Barack Obama was speaking at the National Archives, across town Dick Cheney was preparing to speak at the American Enterprise Institute. Turns out, the folks in the Cheney audience were watching the Obama speech, not on TV, but online. On CNN.com Live.
