If you’re mad as hell about being suckered by offers attached to social games on Facebook or MySpace, and you’re not going to take it anymore, you might want to contact Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff, a law firm based in Sacramento, Calif.

Gawker reported that KCR is looking into a class-action suit on behalf of victims of scams included within those games.

The law firm said companies it is investigating include Zynga, RockYou, Offerpal Media, Super Rewards, Tatto Media, Double Ding, Gambit, SendMe Mobile, Video Professor, Facebook and MySpace, and it added:

Users of these games may have been charged without their consent for “special offers” that result in hidden charges to credit and debit cards, sometimes through the use of phone text messages and auto-recurring SMS subscriptions. Many of these companies and advertisers making “special offers” then make it very difficult—or impossible—for users to get their money refunded.
