It’s only two weeks away until everyone can get their hands – and, likely, lots of fingerprints – on the iPhone.
The big news this week was the revelation that iPhone users will need an active iTunes account in order to use the device. This doesn’t sound like a big deal to us, because everyone who buys the iPhone early on will likely already have an iPod.
In other iPhone news:
- There’s already a huge Wikipedia entry.
- It appears that famed technology reviewer Walt Mossberg is the only person on the planet that doesn’t work for Apple or AT&T who has one.
- Speaking of which, a fan even managed to snap a picture of someone using one on the CalTrain, which many Apple employees use to commute from San Francisco to Cupertino.
