Crowsflight App Introduces Radical Wayfinding Without Guided Map

If you’re ever in a foreign city, asking for directions can be a blessing and a curse. Imagine that kind of engagement in an app and you’ll have Crowsflight. I think the concept is the perfect solution to getting lost and discovering new corners. The app generalizes directions by suggesting a general direction to your target location along with time and distance. All you need to do is move.

Naturally, you’ll probably get lost. It’s not an app to use if you need to get somewhere fast. It’s more of an excuse to meander and look around. A great tool to get you acquainted in your travels.

Crowsflight is free for iPhone for up to five locations. You can add more by paying 99 cents.
