I think there is zero surprise that Dell introduced a netbook for the education market…
Latitude 2100: Dell Netbook for Schools
But, what surprised me is that it appears to be much more than just a rebranded Dell Inspiron Mini netbook. Here’s what makes it different:
- Rubberized case for durability
- Vent free bottom for reducing damage from spills under the netbook
- Optional carrying strap
- Touch screen option (!!!)
I wonder when we will see a touch screen option for the Dell Mini? That plus Windows 7 would make an interesting combination.
