Disney, Asus team up on netbook
The Eee PC netbook is scheduled to be available sometime next month and targets 6 to 12 year old children. It is available in Princess Pink (see photo above) and Magic Blue with a Mickey Mouse theme. Disney provides apps for Windows XP to stream Radio Disney programming, customize the desktop with Disney themes and Disney-fied utilities such as a calculator and stopwatch. The Netpal has a 8.9 inch LCD display (Asus Eee PC 900 series) and will cost around $350.
Here’s my prediction: A lot of adults are going to buy these Netpals for themselves
