DODOcase Brings Book Binding To The Kindle

Shopping for an eReader for a holiday gift? Don’t forget to pick up a case too. DODOcase has a new line of cases for the new generation of Kindles that are reminiscent of print books.

The cases are pretty cool. They are handmade by artisans in San Francisco that use a book binding process to create each one. The DODOcase for the Kindle is available in the original red lining for $49.95 or $54.95 for all other color linings including sky blue, dark blue, charcoal, pink and green. DODOcase also has iPad covers ranging from $59.95- $64.95.

Craig Dalton, co founder and President of DODOcase had this statement: “With a focus on preserving traditional bookbinding, we’ve come full circle with the DODOcase for the Kindle. It’s important to us that we support a device that is so synonymous with books and backed by so many reading enthusiasts, and now with the DODOcase the Kindle can be the ‘book’ it is, inside and out!”
