eBook Sales Rose Nearly 130% in November

aaplogo.jpgAccording to Association of American Publishers (AAP) sales figures, eBook sales were up nearly 130 percent in November. At the same time, adult paperback sales sagged 19 percent compared to the same period the previous year.

Here’s more from the release: “E-book sales continue to grow, with a 129.7 percent increase over November 2009 ($46.6 million); year-to-date E-book sales are up 165.6 percent. Downloaded Audio Books also saw an increase of 34.3 percent over last year, with sales of $6.1 million this November; and the category was also up 38.3 percent year-to-date.”
