AT&T to Power Upcoming E-Reader
So, the battle line is drawn between the B&N/AT&T and Amazon/Sprint. The choice now becomes easy for me. Since I don’t get decent AT&T reception while Sprint’s is quite good here, Amazon’s Kindle is the clear winner over the Barnes & Noble-Plastic Logic-AT&T combination. In fact, AT&T’s network has been out of service for many of us in my area for nearly 24 hours now. And, they’re saying it may be down well into a second day. This is not the kind of thing that fosters confidence in their network.
