Enabling Android Apps To Use Full Tablet Screens

You may know that Android 2.2 is not officially supported by Google for running on tablets. The reason most often cited as being why is because Android 2.2 does not support running apps on the higher resolution screens. Of course, despite what Google has said about tablets, hardware companies have started bringing to market tablets running Android 2.2, the most prominent of which is the Samsung Galaxy Tab. So, how do you get all apps to properly run on the Tab’s 7-inch screen?
