As Engadget Mobile points out, “the guy appears to do a brilliant job of deflecting the blame from himself,” saying that Amp’d had too many smaller investors that were trying to control the company’s direction, and too much time was spent trying to raise all the cash necessary to run the company.
Of course, there was also that little problem of having customers who didn’t pay their bills.
