Extraneous Lyrics: Can You Guess The Songs In This Viral Video?

“I’ve seen you driving your automobile with the woman that I’m in love with and I think you should go procreate with yourself! This has led me to hypothesize that the income I have was not sufficient enough to keep you happy so I think you should go procreate with yourself!” If you guessed that those were the lyrics to Cee-Lo Green’s ‘F*ck You’, rewritten in a rather extraneous fashion, then you’ll enjoy ‘Extraneous Lyrics’, a new YouTube video that’s going viral today.

I stumbled across ‘Extraneous Lyrics’ this morning, as it was posted as one of the ‘4 @ 4′ on the new YouTube Trends site and it made my morning! In the video, Dave Werner of Okay Samurai does his own extraneous lyrical covers of a number of today’s biggest hits from pop stars like Lady Gaga, Ke$ha and Justin Bieber. I don’t want to give away too much about the songs before you watch the video, as I think the funnest part is guessing which pop songs he’s singing. So check out the video below, and then read on to see which songs he was singing. Let us know if you got them right in the comments!

‘Extraneous Lyrics’ has really started to take off this morning, though it’s been on YouTube since December 3. The video has over 15,000 views so far and there is no doubt in my mind that it will continue to take off throughout the day and into the coming days and weeks.

So did you figure out which songs he was singing? Here they are:

‘Dynamite’ by Taio Cruz
‘Love the Way You Lie’ by Eminem feat. Rihanna
‘F*ck You’ by Cee-Lo Green
‘Bad Romance’ by Lady Gaga
‘Tik Tok’ by Ke$ha
‘Baby’ by Justin Bieber
‘Teenage Dream’ by Katy Perry
