Facebook Gives Roger Ebert’s Blog Post Thumbs-Down

The good news for legendary film critic Roger Ebert: He now has a new prosthetic jaw to replace his actual jaw, which he lost in 2006 while fighting thyroid cancer. The bad news for Ebert (or “thumbs down,” as it may be): Facebook removed his blog post about his new jaw, calling it “abusive content,” msnbc.com’s Technolog reported.

Ebert wrote on his Facebook page:

The link directs users to Ebert’s blog post for the Chicago Sun-Times, which contains nothing graphic or offensive. Go and figure.
