facebook-invites.jpgSorry to all my Facebook friends, but sometimes those Facebook invites can get pretty annoying. Specifically those invites for application that don’t really add value to Facebook’s uses. Let’s admit it boys and girls, there’s not too many applications that are really worth installing in our Facebook accounts. Most of these applications are simply time wasters, and clutter up our Facebook profile. How we wish we could automatically block off application invites from our friends, right?

facebookinvites.jpgFortunately, Facebook may have been listening to us. It just unveiled a new feature that lets us block specific friends from sending application invites. Yes, this is a long overdue feature that Facebook users have wanted to have. And now that the feature is up, time to clean up your account with pending invites that you don’t want to respond to for fear of hurting the feelings of your Facebook friends. And yes, the ignore all invites feature lets you reject invites from your friends, without them knowing it. You can see the ignore invites button just beside the “block this application” link below the invites sent out to your Facebook profile.

Now is the time to start rejecting those Facebook invites. Hats off to Facebook for this new feature.
