FarmVille Animals Moving to Their Own Portal

Social-games creator Zynga is looking to assert more control over the farm, saying it will use Facebook Connect integration to bring popular Facebook game FarmVille to its own Web portal, according to TechCrunch.

The move will enable Zynga to assume control over the entire page, without being hampered by Facebook restrictions, and it will have more design flexibility after shedding the Facebook interface, according to TechCrunch.

FarmVille currently boasts more than 65 million monthly active users on Facebook TechCrunch reported.
