Fly, an upstart mobile phone manufacturer best known in Eastern Europe, has come out with a new handset that can play games designed for Nintendo’s portable devices.
While not quite a DSphone or GameBoyPhone, Fly’s MC100 lets users download games in Nintendo’s NES, SNES and Game Boy formats from the Web and play them using the handset’s special gaming keys, Mobile Entertainment reports.
According to the article, Fly claims the MC100 is the first phone to offer Nintendo format support. It also supports Java and has a built-in music player. The device is available in a handful of European markets and carries a price of around $270.
