Free Marketers decided not to tackle the House of Representatives’ health-care bill on its own, putting out a call for bloggers to read a section of the bill, and then post their findings, allowing users to vote on which sections are the most interesting.
The group said the process is “akin to Digg for really terrible laws,” adding, “We recently created Free Marketers to defend free-market principles and the people who espouse them. We are web professionals who are tired of the right being so far behind in social media and Web 2.0.”
