FX is getting in the ring with Myspace to promote Lights Out, a series about an aging former heavyweight boxing champion who struggles to find his identity and support his wife and three daughters after retiring from the ring, which will debut on the cable network in January.
The social-networking and entertainment site debuted FX’s Lights Out Game, in which players get in the ring with title character Patrick “Lights” Leary and compete for $1,000 weekly grand prizes or $500 runner-up awards.
