Glu Mobile to Distribute Games for Warner Bros.

Glu Mobile, a cellphone game publisher with titles such as Insaniquarium Deluxe, Monopoly, and Project Gotham Racing, just signed a deal with Warner Bros. to develop games based on some of their films.

In a separate deal, Glu Mobile will also distribute some other projects for Warner Bros. including upcoming titles based on “300” and “Ocean’s Thirteen.” These distribution deals happen all the time in the PC game industry, but they’re starting to happen more often on the mobile side as well.
