What better way to break in a cobweb-covered Twitter account then to take a poke at your biggest rival. As reported by TechCrunch, that’s exactly what Google vice president of engineering and Android leader Andy Rubin did, presumably Tweeting the definition of “open” in response to Apple CEO Steve Jobs.
