Google+ Makes Gains in Social Logins [Infographic]

socialloginsGoogle+ continues to make steady gains in the social login space but is still far behind Facebook, according to Gigya, a company that provides social media tools to businesses. The trends from Q3 of 2014 continue into Q4, as Facebook stayed level with just over half of all social logins. Google+ gained 2 percent, Yahoo’s share fell 3 percent and Twitter’s share of logins stayed the same.

While Facebook’s overall share of social logins stayed the same, the social networking giant grew significantly in the consumer brands and travel/hospitality industries – 5 percent and 9 percent, respectively. It also made notable gains in Europe and South America.

Google+ saw gains on mobile devices and in the publishing industry.
