Google Pulled Google Voice for iPhone Out of the App Store

If you took home a shiny new iPhone 4S in the past few days, you might have looked for the Google Voice app in the App Store and come up empty handed. The bad news is that the app was pulled over the weekend. The good news is that it will return in the near future.

Engadget reported that Google itself pulled the app out of the App Store after discovering that the most recent update caused the app to crash during the login process.

If you already have the app installed on your iPhone, it will remain there and should be functional assuming you are already logged into the app. You should be able to find Google Voice for iPhone at the link below when it returns from its hiatus.
