Greta Publishes Bill Carter Email Knocking Fox

Fox News host Greta Van Susteren took to her blog, Gretawire, earlier today to counter some points in Bill Carter‘s New York Times story about CNN’s ratings.

Now Van Susteren has a new post — with an email Carter sent to a fan of On the Record.

In her headline she writes, “He sure has an agenda!” Here’s Carter’s email:

Excellent rendition of fox talking points! Perhaps u should become an operative for their mass email campaigns! I’d point out the inanity of your position, esp abt greta (she has won in total viewers NOT the category I specified which was the area news sponsors buy on). But somehow I get the feeling facts do not penetrate the parallel universe conservatives have chosen to inhabit—you know, the one where fox is “fair and balancedm”

So now that Van Susteren has responded, it’s over right? Well…”I will defend my team. Each time he does this, I will respond,” she writes.
