With the holiday upon us, it’s a good time to think about how we approach hashtag usage. Let’s think twice before using it across social channels; let’s not be that brand or user. Let’s not get carried away or set ourselves up.

Annoyed by the overuse of hashtags online, the folks over at Twenty Pixels got to thinking about the symbol, before it was hijacked by social media.
