According to Hitwise, CBS and ABC stayed atop the list of broadcast-network Websites yet again last week, while CBS’ Big Brother and Fox’s American Idol again swapped the top two spots, with Big Brother claiming the top spot, CBS’ Harper’s Island crashed the party and seized the No. 3 position on the list of most-visited broadcast-show Websites.
As for cable shows (adults only), the top three were unchanged: Comedy Central’s South Park, BET’s Tiny & Toya and ABC Family’s The Secret Life of the American Teenager.
When combining broadcast and cable networks, Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob SquarePants and South Park retained the top two spots, followed by Big Brother.
The lone fast riser on the broadcast list was ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (to No. 9 from No. 19).
Cable’s fast risers were TNT’s Dark Blue (14 from 125), ABC Family’s Ruby & The Rockits (22 from 80) and Bravo’s The Fashion Show (25 from 44).
And top-25 fast risers were Food Network’s Barefoot Contessa (14 from 29) and Cartoon Network’s Batman: The Brave and the Bold (21 from 35).
