According to Hitwise, CBS and ABC maintained their positions atop the broadcast-network-site list, as did CBS’ Big Brother and Fox’s American Idol atop the most-visited broadcast-show Website list. Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance claimed the No. 3 spot.
As for cable shows (adults only), Comedy Central’s South Park continued its hold on the top spot, followed by Home & Garden Television’s Design Star and BET’s 106 & Park.
When combining broadcast and cable networks, Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob SquarePants was No. 1 again, followed by Big Brother and South Park.
Fast risers on the broadcast list were Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen (to No. 7 from No. 48), ABC’s Dating in the Dark (17 from 67) and The CW’s Smallville (19 from 39).
Cable’s fast risers were ABC Family’s Ruby & The Rockits (8 from 22), Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch (12 from 23) and Food Network’s Down Home with the Neelys (23 from 36).
And top-25 fast risers were Design Star (6 from 61), Ruby & The Rockits (16 from 46) and Deadliest Catch (24 from 58).
