Houseparty.com announced that it has closed a $3.4 million round of Series B financing. A majority of the company’s high profile Series A investors also participated in the current round as well as several new angel investors.
Proceeds will help fuel the company’s growth and existing product development initiatives.
Founded in 2005, House Party is an experiential marketing company that brings together thousands of consumer advocates who host in-home parties featuring a brand, product or element of entertainment programming. Houseparty.com then manages the online community space for each brand event so consumers can engage both in home and online. The company is headquartered in Irvington, New York.
