-New Media School Logo-Last week I officially launched the first significant program through New Media School, a project I’ve been working on over the past few months. Back in January when I wrote about The Curse of the Shiny Object I mentioned that “I’ll be exploring how to leverage social media for success”. That’s essentially what the new social media marketing program is about.

I’ve put together some of the top experts in the industry that will provide guest lectures on a wide range of topics. We’re also going to be announcing some more speakers in the coming days. I’ve also been working out a deal to provide participants with Facebook ad credits and a soon to be released book by one of our guest lectures. All in all I’m expecting this to be an amazing learning experience for all participants as well as myself.

We’ll be spending this week discussing general social media strategy and then hopping in to Facebook Pages soon after. I’ve spent the past few months determining the best program for the course and think that I’ve come up with something that will be an amazing opportunity for all participants. We’ve already sold half of the spots for our course since the Techcrunch article first came out last Thursday and I’d imagine that all spots will be filled by the end of the week.

If you are looking to learn more about becoming a social media marketing master, you should most definitely join our course. Below are some of the speakers that will be participating over the coming months:
