Hulu Plus Now Streaming On Nintendo Wii U

For all you early adopters out there who already have your hands on the Nintendo Wii U, you can now enjoy Hulu Plus on the Wii U console.  Hulu announced last night that the service is now available, complete with an integrated second screen experience, thanks to the Wii U’s versatile GamePad controller.

The Hulu Plus experience on Wii U lets users stream their favorite Hulu content on their television screens while taking advantage of a unique second screen experience, finding out more information about the shows they’re watching on the GamePad controller screen.

Dave Herman, Living Room Product Lead at Hulu, writes, “The Hulu Plus integration with the Wii U GamePad is one of my favorite features – it allows you to quickly discover more information about your favorite shows while simultaneously watching them on your big screen at home.  The console’s second screen controller also enables you to take the TV viewing experience with you to another room in the house with just the click of a button.”

You can see the new Wii U Hulu Plus app in action in the short video below:

While you’re checking out Hulu Plus on your Wii U, you can check out Hulu’s new video games hub, which features game trailers and reviews of current and upcoming Wii U games.
