howie_photo_large.jpgOberon Media’s I-play division has inked a deal with Endemol to create a mobile game based on NBC’s “Deal Or No Deal” for the US market, Mobile Entertainment reports. Gameloft has had its own mobile “Deal or No Deal” version for sale in Europe since 2006 under a separate license.

According to Oberon senior VP of publishing Don Ryan, his company is excited about the deal because the game has a “highly addictive format, with a lot of suspense in the show itself, which is going to translate well to the mobile version.”
