If Social Media Sites Were Dinosaurs [Infographic]

What if all your favorite social networks were dinosaurs? Here’s what Reddit, StumbleUpon, Google+, MySpace, and Facebook would look like if they roamed the earth as prehistoric animals.

When designer Najeeb Khan created this infographic for Uvavi, Inc., he wasn’t prematurely declaring these sites extinct; it’s more like the size, unique features, and general awesomeness of each network vary in the same way that a T-Rex is different from a velociraptor. (Except for MySpace, which is portrayed as a fossil.)

Every dinosaur has its problems. Facebook, for example, “is filled with bits and pieces of all the other dinosaurs and he is still hungry.”

Disclaimer: We are not paleontologists and can’t guarantee that any of these dinosaur names are still accepted within the scientific community. Let’s just say that the dinosaurs represent the ones we remember from childhood.
